I am a multiple medallist at the Polish, European and World Championships in rowing and kettlebell sport, as well as a sports judge in both disciplines.
For more than 22 years, I have combined sporting precision with HR and project management experience, successfully organising events - from the race office to communication and promotion.

We create clear and compliant rules and regulations - based on the organiser's guidelines and in line with the regulations of national and global federations. The finished document (.doc, .pdf) includes the substantive content, the visual identification of the event and the logos of the partners.

We prepare and implement information mailings to participants, coaches, clubs, sports associations, etc. - consistent with the visual identity, including all key organisational data, partners and instructions.

We design graphics and write posts to promote the event - ready for publication on social media and the website, reinforcing reach and engagement.

We provide professional support to the competition office throughout the event - coordinating the sporting competition, compiling the results and preparing all the final documentation. We work with precision to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
