I am a sociologist and specialist in operational talent management, having worked in the new technology (IT) industry for over 22 years. I have extensive experience in employee lifecycle projects: preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, legal documentation, relocations, transfers and de-recruitment.
I have been working in international and diverse teams for years, combining my professional experience in HR with my passion for sport. I am a multiple Polish, European and World Championships medallist in rowing and kettlebell sport, as well as a sports judge in both disciplines.
I currently serve as Head of Anti-Doping Commission at the IUKL and as President of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Rowing Association. I have been working for years for women's equality in sport, supporting initiatives to promote their development at all organisational levels.
