In a fast-growing service company with more than 200 employees, increasing employee turnover and a lack of uniform standards for hiring and onboarding began to affect the stability of teams and the efficiency of operations. Employees reported a lack of policy transparency and managers reported difficulties in retaining key talent.

The company needed a systems audit to identify the sources of problems and design specific actions to increase retention.
