Substantive and operational support for rowing competitions

challenge

The organiser of the nationwide series of competitions addressed the need for support in the preparation and execution of the new regatta format - Beach Sprint Coastal Rowing - including the Polish Championships, the Polish Cup and the international event 'Olympic Hopes'.

A key challenge was to ensure professional factual documentation, standardise the registration process and communicate effectively with players and coaches in two languages.

scope and purpose of the project

Development of a set of regulations and information material in EN and PL versions,
Development of online registration and rider entry tools,
Ensure consistent communication and promotion of events on social media,
Creating an organisational toolkit for the race office,
Support to organisers in an advisory and operational role.

The project was carried out in cooperation with SkillTechTalent as Strategic Partner responsible for the content part of the events and the operational activities of the race office.

stages of implementation

Development of documentation and standards for events

Creation of handbooks (regulations) for three national events (PL): Polish Cup, Polish Championships, Olympic Hopes,
Development of an English version of the regulations and invitation to the 'Olympic Hopes' (EN) international competition,
Consideration of safety rules, race format, scoring and registration rules.

Development of registration tools

Preparation of 9 sets of application forms (8 EN + 1 EN),
Use of simple online systems - enabling automation of requests and minimising errors,
Optimised for accessibility and edibility by the organisers.

Communication and promotion of events

Development of promotional content and graphics for social channels (FB, LinkedIn),
Preparation of information mailings in PL and EN,
Maintain visual and content consistency of material across all channels.

Operational and organisational support

Provision of a package of 'FORMS for Organiser' - ready-to-use operational documents,
Preparation of templates for registration, reporting and race office operation,
Ongoing substantive advice and coordination.
